Joli endroit en bord de mer, très calme et belle vue. Le séjour était très reposant, et Robert a été réactif et aidant dans ses réponses. L’extérieur est clairement l’atout de la maison, le mobilier un peu ancien, cuisine bien équipée en vaisselle mais manque les ingrédients de base (huile, sel, poivre).

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la villa. Située au calme, à proximité de toutes nécessités. La vue est vraiment magique. Robert s’est rendu disponible et très réactif pour répondre à notre besoin. Nous reviendrons.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ficula Nou. Everything was meticulous and the kitchen was well equipped with everything our family of four needed. The view from the patio is incredible! We enjoyed ending each day just sitting and watching the waves. The pool was the perfect temperature for warm July days and it was clean and well maintained (it was serviced twice during our weeklong stay - both times the workers were polite and very quick). I think our children spent more time in the pool than out of it! The house is perfectly situated and a very easy 5 minute walk to a supermarket and a great Italian restaurant. Several other restaurants are a 10 minute walk, as well as another supermarket. And best of all, one of the best beaches on the island is a 5 minute walk away. Robert, the host, was wonderful. It is obvious he puts a lot of care into making sure his guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. Highly recommended!

The best view we have ever stayed. Location is great. Good Italian restaurant in about 5 min walk.

An amazing villa with a view that keeps giving. I’m colder spring temperatures the pool is too cold to swim and the indoor furniture is not as luxurious at you’d like but it’s in no way a deal breaker.
