Un havre de paix à côté de l’animation dans le centre historique - nous sommes arrivés par le train : 20 minutes de marche pour accéder au logement - Linda est une hôte très accueillante qui nous a facilité notre arrivée et notre départ en conservant nos bagages - l’appartement est grand et hyper calme avec une jolie vue - tout le nécessaire de base dans la cuisine pour permettre de manger sur place ( plusieurs épiceries à proximité ) - au coin de la rue : très bon restaurant : al travai : nous y sommes allés deux fois - une cuisine traditionnelle avec des ingrédients frais - nous avons tout fait à pied et étions contents de revenir dans un environnement calme le soir - départ en avion avec le tramway ligne 2 à côté de la gare - très pratique aussi

Linda is a really good host. She is very responsive, nice and helpful. She welcomed us with warmth and even with lovely flowers in her flat! Throughout our entire stay we communicated easily and she was willing to meet all our needs. Her place was clean, well equipped and we had everything we needed for our 3 nights stay. The flat is beautiful, charming and cosy, with a very authentic vibe. We loved how that she kept the old walls and their patterns! The balcony is even more amazing, it’s sunny in the morning and the view is so peaceful and you can only hear birds chirping, no noise whatsoever. The location is perfect, accesibile and the neighborhood is really nice (worth exploring) and it’s very close to a few supermarkets, shops, local transport, gardens, train station and also the city historical centre. It’s lively, but quiet and mostly populated by locals, which we appreciated. We loved our whole stay here!

We stayed in Florence 3 nights, and Linda’s place was the perfect place to rest at the end of all of our touristing. You can walk from here into city center in about 15-20 minutes. I was happy to have a kitchen stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, etc. to be able to cook a few meals. A small Carfour grocery market is a very short walk from the condo and had everything we needed for food. I loved that we could close the shutters and keep the room dark and quiet at night. Like every place we’ve stayed on this trip, the bed was firm but not uncomfortably so. I highly recommend this apartment for a solo or couple stay.

A perfect location away from the crowds with a chance to experience living amongst the locals. Great restaurants, cafes and the joy of Santo Spirito are so close to hand, as is crossing back over the Arno. The apartment is superb - comfortable, spotlessly clean and the south facing balcony an absolute bonus. It is fully equipped with everything you will need and a peaceful space to come back to after busy days. An extremely comfortable bed and plenty of bed linen, towels etc provided. Linda is a wonderful, considerate and extremely helpful host. Nothing is too much trouble and she responds immediately to all messages and questions. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending both the apartment and the location. An opportunity to experience the real Florence and at the same time get around all the museums, galleries and churches. It’s overwhelming!
