Wi-Fi Roku TV, and Netflix, mini fridge, hot plates, microwave and coffee pot is provided. 25 minutes to downtown Orlando on expressway and 25 minutes from Daytona Speedway and New Smyrna Beach. No pets or service animals allowed. No vaping inside or smoking inside

Theresa was very kind and responsive. Place is very cute and clean
Would highly recommend staying here! Theresa was extremely accommodating and responsive. She even gave us some recommendations on places to go eat! The only thing that was a minor inconvenience was you could hear everything in the connecting house, and the futon is not very comfortable. Over all would highly recommend and enjoyed our stay!
Teresa did a great job of communicating and went out of her way to help us when there was a power outage in the area. Great day and great price.
Theresa was a fabulous host. Had zero issues with the place!
