Welcome to the Modern Mission! It's official: The pool is HEATED AT NO EXTRA CHARGE during the winter months(October-April) This newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is ready for your next Arizona vacation! With thoughtful touches inside and out, beautiful weather year round, and a perfect location to one of the most popular downtown areas – this is one home you're not going to want to miss! Every space and room in this home was intentionally created and remodeled with you in mind! The master bed room has a KING size bed along with a walk-in closet AND a master ensuite! Bedrooms 2 + 3 have a queen sized bed and have ample storage and closet space as well. The main living area is open an airy, allowing seamless transitions from outside, to inside, to the kitchen and dinning room area. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you would have in your own home! Pots, pans, blenders, cutting boards, Tupperware, plates, bowls, cups...you name it, this kitchen has everything you need! And then the star of the show: the backyard. When we first started looking for a home to buy in AZ, our number 1 requirement was a great back yard with a pool. This house exceeded our wildest hopes and dreams! From the built-in BBQ, to the extra large outdoor sectional, to the SWINGS, to the large outdoor dinning table to the GORGEOUS pool, this backyard truly has it all.

Michael is a great host. He responded very fast with my questions. The house was great, pool was excellent. Family had a great time visiting and enjoying the pool and bbq. Strongly recommend this place for anyone with kids, lots of parks that are in walking distance and great food all around
Michael was a great host. Very friendly and responsive. The home was cozy, clean and very relaxing with a beautiful back yard and swimming pool. It was as described and made our little getaway very relaxing.

Location, location, location! The Val Vista Lakes community is a wonderful area to visit! Our home is located in the well-established Park Village neighborhood – close to downtown and walking distance to the beautiful Freestone Park! Freestone is an 88 acre park with a lake, baseball fields, batting cages, volleyball & basketball courts, tennis courts, skate park, play structure, and even a miniature train!
We are also just down the street from Dana Park. Dana Park is an urban lifestyle center which offers over 75 different dining, service and upscale shopping options. We love our quiet, charming neighborhood and know you will too!
Parking: Two driveway parking spaces available in addition to street parking.

Transportation: Whether you are renting a car or choosing to Uber/Lyft, both will work just fine. Our town is very biking/walking friendly. If you are renting bikes, there is a trail along the canal that will take you to downtown!
