Our newly built resort is located in the middle of the island on the south coast right by the sea in the very quiet village of Jonesville Point with good access to both the west and east of the island and is suitable for people who want to enjoy both the west and east of the island. We will build a community pool and restaurant with seating and refreshments at the resort during 2023. The lagoon pier will be repaired and expanded to allow kayaking or boating to the local lagoon, surrounding beaches and pier.
The plots have spectacular sea views and access to a shared jetty (mooring for boats, kayaks etc) located between the Mangroves in an enclosed sea lagoon from which you can launch to beautiful swimming, snorkelling, diving and fishing spots.
Within walking distance (450 m) is the Jonesville Point Marina S.A. / Trico Bar & Grill restaurant, where you can have a fabulous meal or swim in the very beautiful and sheltered Jonesville Bay. Approximately 200 m away from jumping off the pier and swimming in the Caribbean Sea.
Transportation:
15 - 20 minutes from the project is the town of French Harbor where you will find an Eldon's supermarket, Mega Plaza shopping center where there is also a state-of-the-art Cemesa hospital, as well as pharmacies, mobile operators, banks, restaurants, etc. The town of French Harbor is home to the 18 hole Pristine Bay Golf Resort.
10 minutes from our project you will find the beautiful beach resorts of Turquoise Bay, Havana Beach Club. Easy access to the west of the island, which is popular with tourists for its beautiful, award-winning West Bay and West End beaches. Here you will find restaurants, bars, shops, diving bases. The west is suitable for active holidays and for those who like a busier day and night life.
In the east of the island, there are uncrowded virgin beaches, led by the beautiful Camp Bay or Paya Bay beaches, and quiet resorts for those who like places untouched by tourism.

You can rent a car directly from the owner of the bungalow at a discounted price. Free parking at the house. You can also rent a scooter. Another option is to use a local taxi or water taxi.
