Nice place a nice big lake

We spent our annual Girls’ Weekend at Julie and Jim’s lake cabin. It was absolutely lovely! The cabin was clean and charming, with beautiful views of the lake. We also appreciated that the neighborhood felt very private and safe. Had the lake not been a bit green from the recent weather and time of year, we would have taken advantage of the direct lake access and dock. Instead, we spent the weekend enjoying their great patio and yard area, nearby shops, restaurants, and the county fair. The cabin is in a great location, so there was no shortage of fun things to do in the area. Julie and Jim were also exceptionally kind and easy to contact. They were quick to offer assistance to any issue or question, as well as offer helpful advice to finding fun activities. We would definitely recommend staying at their cabin. You’ll be happy you did!

We are four high school friends who were in the area for a class reunion. Julie and Jim's place was a perfect base for our activities. The cabin had enough room for each of us to have our own space along with several common areas for just hanging out together. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Julie responded to our questions promptly. We all agreed that we would happily stay there again and that their place deserves 5 stars!

We loved every moment of our time at the Sunset Cabin. Large private yard, beautiful views of Long Lake, excellent dock and sandy beach area. (There are stairs to go down the hill to beach and duck ) Had 2 free kayaks but bring your own life jackets. Lots of firewood and really pretty sunsets! The house is very spacious, comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen had absolutely everything needed to cook our meals. We can’t wait to return! Julie was very responsive and did meet us at check which was helpful and they live a short distance away from the cabin.

Julie’s cabin is adorable and very well equipped. Nice size to easily accommodate a large family. The sand beech is clean and great for swimming and the sunsets are spectacular. Julie is very helpful and welcoming. When we were concerned about the algae on the beach, she immediately offered her kayaks for use. Julie truly cares about her guests and is a great communicator, responding within minutes. We had a very peaceful time and really enjoyed our stay.
