The gate key card process is a bit absurd when you have several guests in different cars. In case the instructions aren’t clear to you, EVERY car needs to register 72hrs in advance!!! The size of the house was great. On the description one bedroom with the single beds shows 4 single beds but there’s on two (as shown on pics) so contradicting info there. The silverware needs to be upgraded. Didn’t feel comfortable using it. There was no laundry detergent. And only one very small pan, so cooking wasn’t the best. So while the place was nice and cozy, could definitely use some upgrades and deep cleaning.

The house was big, nice, cozy, and beautiful. There was some dust in some places of the house. The kitchen was not very clean, the coffee maker was dirty and there was a leak under the sink where the food disposal was. The instructions about how to get to the property were unclear. We had to do several turns to find the welcome center which we did not know we needed to go there first to get the card to open the other gate! The instructions about the garbage were just to take it out…. But again they don’t specify and I had to go back to pick up all the bags from outside of the house so I wouldn’t get charge $5 per bag! Thank goodness I texted the maintenance people and they told me what to do! The entertainment such as the playroom and the basement where to Pool table was were very helpful and kept my children engaged the whole time. The living and dining room were spacious and big enough for all my family to use. We had a great time. Thank you

Place was nice for 12 people max, but any more would be difficult. There are unclear instructions with dealing with the HOA, you have to make a separate payment to the HOA for all guests. While one of the hosts was very responsive and respectful the other was inconsiderate and was threatening to cancel reservation for something that wasn’t my fault. Kitchen had some cooking things but needs more to cook more meals. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful house with lots of board games to play with the family. The kids had their own play area which was helpful to keep them entertained. The kitchen is fully equipped. Owner was friendly and always answered the texts. Evolve responded to every question we had too.
