It's a beautiful house in a great area, close to public transport and a ten minute walk to a high street with lots of restaurants. There are 5 bedrooms all with large (king or queen) beds so perfect for a group of friends. It just needs the little extra care that you expect for a property like this. The bins were full, food was left in the fridge and freezer and some of the doona covers were distinctly musty. But all in all, a great find.

Very comfortable place , enough beds and bathrooms for 11-12 people. Area is very nice and close to main touristic places. We would like to go back one day

Thank for the stay, Nick! We were pleased with the accomodation overall. There were some issues with cleanliness, including hair in one of the bathrooms and some the vacuuming was either rushed or not done. Otherwise, everything was comfortable with PLENTY of space for 12 people.
