Jacob was ALWAYS available to help. All our needs were met. He was also very proactive with solutions. The baby shower was amazing, and the views on the property were exactly as advertised! An amazing experience. Would highly recommend!

Jacob was a very responsive host. The gardens and the pool are well kept and in great shape. They have excellent WiFi, which is available everywhere. Unfortunately the listing is let down by some significant issues, that resulted in us cutting our stay short and not completing it. - the property is run down and in need of maintenance (broken shower doors, leaking taps) - appliances that were broken down or not working (fridge, aircon, TV) - not enough pots, pans, glasses, etc for the number of people that can stay - cleanliness is an issue, I understand that they had hosted a massive party before we checked in, but the housekeeping is not up to standard. Things were dusty & dirty in ways that can’t be explained by one night of partying. Some linen was torn. This property is a party venue. I don’t think it is well suited for a family gathering.

The place is beautiful, amazing setup and great for big groups. It needs a bit of TLC and repairs and better equipped kitchen, but we enjoyed our stay overall.

It's a beautiful house with great landscaping, very spacious. It's private. You feel at home.
