Turn-key, comfy, private, spacious and nicely furnished, our newly renovated home is ready for your stay. We’ll be snow-birding it this winter, letting our home be yours for itinerant work, ice fishing, snowmobiling, family holiday gatherings, from short stays of 7+ days (min) to 120+/- days. Full kitchen stocked with basics + Concierge service (included) for check-in and assistance if needed. Charcoal bbq, outdoor seating & umbrella, cooler and beach cart provided for summer guests. Private home with all amenities including snow removal, trash removal, free unlimited wifi, utilities included. Discounts given for longer stays.

Beautiful inside, updated interior, clean and state of the art. Far as I could tell it was self sufficient, solar power, satellite tv and internet. Very pleasant, comfy and plenty of space. Host and concierge were very responsive with plenty of suggestions for things to do in the area. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed for a family trip while we were up salmon fishing for a week. Great place to stay will definitely be staying again. host was friendly and helpful. loved having a full kitchen and washer and dryer.

Quiet, friendly, private, safe neighborhood in the country just outside city limits.
Within 2 minutes you have Walmart, BigLots, Lowes, Harbor Freight, AutoZone, Aldi, Price Chopper, Walgreen’s, KFC, Popeye’s, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, BK, Wendy’s, Subway(2), and Dunkin’ Donuts.
In 6 minutes you have the historic Oswego city waterfront, all sorts of dining options and two marinas, a cinema dating to the 1930’s with leather recliners, ice fishing, snowshoeing along the Riverwalk, and in summer there’s Tiki boats, free live music everywhere. And in summer, the famous sunsets.
We are close to the main state highway 104 and County Route 1, 1A, which are cleared first and continually in winter. reliable plow guy makes sure driveway is open by early a.m. including ramp entryway.
