NEW opening November 2022 Feel like you are living up in a tree in this OFF GRID all wooden cottage amongst the jungle. This is a full functioning home. Two nice sized bedrooms with two King sized beds, one full kitchen, living área, big bathroom, huge porch. Be immersed in the jungle with monkeys, birds, sloths and at the same time hear the waves caress the beach. Playa bluff, which is a 7 km long beautiful and excluded beach, is only 200 meters away (2 minute walk). This home is one of the few full functioning house rentals (short and long term) available on Bluff Beach. We are "off grid", all of our water comes from rain harvesting and all of our electricity comes from solar. Experience an environmentally sustainable stay! We have a huge porch where you can chill out on the hammock. There is a not only a table and chairs to enjoy your meals outside, but an outside bar and stools connected to the indoor kitchen so you can keep the person company while they are cooking. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and four burners and a Good sized refrigerator. In case you feel like eating indoors there is also an indoor table and chairs. A living area with a couch that can open to a single bed. Two big bedrooms with huge kingsized beds and memory foam mattresses to let you sink into the night in comfort. A big bathroom with shower and an outdoor shower as well for after the beach. Hot water of course! Good wifi (as is the case with all internet on the island if there is a power outage the internet stops working, but usually stable connection!) If you would like to buy some products like wine, beer, milk, snacks we Will have available to purchase. If you would like to get your laundry done for an extra cost ($10) that is possible. If you would like a yoga lesson on your porch, the host is a yoga teacher and can give you private lessons based on your needs. Delicious Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available upon request (cooked by our Italian co host). Please let us know 24 hours in advance.

Das cottage ist wunderschön! Liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Man ist am Strand und doch im Dschungel. Die Tiere machen die Unterhaltung aus. Jennifer ist jederzeit bemüht und kümmert sich um alles! Ich würde immer wiederkommen!! Vielen Dank für alles an Jennifer und Corinna!
Es war ein Erlebnis. Jennifer hat trotz des sehr feuchten Klimas die Wohnung blitzsauber vermietet. Die Familie ist sehr nett und gibt die Erfahrungen gerne weiter. Direkt von der Terrasse sind Affen, Vögel und andere Tiere zu beobachten. Um 5 Uhr wird man täglich von den Brüllaffen geweckt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Dusche funktioniert sehr gut. Der Strand ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen und menschenleer. In der fussläufig zu erreichenden BumBum Bar gibt’s leckere Drinks. Die Lebensmittel muss man sich alle aus der Stadt mitbringen, für Wasser sorgt Jennifer. Es fährt regelmäßig ein Bus von der nahen Haltestelle über eine holprige Piste in die Stadt und zurück bis 18 Uhr.
We had so much fun staying at Jennifer’s with so much to do right there within walking and biking distance and so much wildlife. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful with everything we could possibly need. Would recommend a thousand times over!
Great place to stay in Bocas! Jennifer is great, very communicative, accommodating and helps you with anything you need. This was especially appreciated as we were delayed with our travels. We were welcomed with a much appreciated gift, and even were able to try a plate of the infamous homemade Italian food. Stay here if you want to be in Bocas and especially Bluff Beach!
I was nervous to book a place that was so new with so few reviews, but with no need, our family completely LOVED our time at Jennifer & Enzo's place. -They were so so so sweet & helpful during our stay (above and beyond, truly) and our two kids made best friends with their son, which was awesome. (if you know, you know) -DEFINITELY have Enzo cook Italian for you! SO good! (I was doubtful of this too, lol, but I wish I could have him cook for me weekly!) -We LOVED LOVED this part of Bocas. A world away from the bustle and crowds of bocas town but a short drive. Surrounded by the howler monkeys and sloths of the rainforest, and right at the end of their road is the most beautiful beach. We loved watching nature from our deck -The hand made cabin was so lovely, in perfect condition, and had everything we need for a comfortable stay. We really came in with no plans, and Jennifer and Enzo really helped to make our trip so magical! our whole family cannot wait to come back hopefully soon!

This jungle home is on the same property as the owners home about 30 meters distant. The community is quiet with some other cottages nearby. It is only a 2 minute walk to miles of deserted, unspoiled beach to walk on and explore and the tropical rainforst all around. The bluff area is perfect for people who want to relax and live in simplicity, as well as for people who want adventure.
You can get to property by bus, taxi or renting an ebike, golf cart, car or quad. and it takes 25 minutes from the town. The ride is beautiful as you meander through the deep jungle seeing monkeys and sloths on the way until you get to paradise! Once you are at the property you can walk to beach, beach bars and restaurants.

I am originally from outside of chicago but have been traveling the world for the last 30 years, first alone, then with my husband and now with our son. We spent the last 15 years as NGO workers helping various communities rebuild their lives after war or natural disasters. We have been all over the world in Africa, Asia, and the americas. Our dream was always to end up on a beautiful beach. We have been to the most beautful places and when we found playa bluff in panama we knew our search has ended.
