Wonderful stay! So peaceful and we made friends with the peacock! Be mindful of additional charges for pool heaters and sauna use….totally fair but plan ahead. Thank you. We will be back!

We visited Las Vegas to get married and wanted a private place off of the strip where we could relax by the pool, make our own food and just take it easy fnor a few days. Spring And Olivia's place provided just that. When we first arrived, we felt a little disapointed by the neighborhood. The front of the house wasn't very inviting either. The neighborhood is off of a busy street and not somewhere that you would feel good about taking a walk. It is only about a 20 min drive from the strip though. I would also advise that you read all the house rules. We overlooked the extra charges if you want to use the sauna and if you would like the hot tub heated up ahead of time. The backyard is an oasis. The peacock visiting the next morning (and every morning) took away anything negative that we were feeling. The neighborhood is very quiet, except for the neighbor's rooster crowing in the morning. It wasn't disturbing us though. In the end, we ended up having a wonderful time.

I encourage renters to read house rules and other documents, as there are additional, substantial fees for heating the hot tub & using the sauna. These were not obvious to me when reviewing the amenity list. They are not required for use of the home or pool, but if you want to use the sauna or if you want the "hot tub" to be hot, you must pay them. Positives: The host was responsive, in spite of confusion regarding the additional charges that led to considerable back and forth on the first night. Their continued communication during this time suggests the host has good character, which is important when renting someone's home. Another big positive is the backyard. It is beautiful. My kids enjoyed the mini putt area, and we all loved the hanging swings. Negatives: The home is the second house off a busy road and we were woken up at night by motorcycles or loud cars. The home isnt in an area we felt comfortable walking. Many "beware of dog" signs & a broken down car across street.

Me and my family had an amazing stay at Spring and Olivia’s home! A gorgeous home with beautiful views. The inside was clean and comfortable and allowed us to really relax and enjoy our down time. We thoroughly enjoyed the yard with its pool hot tub and sauna as well as hammock and bird cage chairs. If you’re looking for a peaceful and private place to stay in Vegas this is the place! Wonderful hosts who made everything so easy for us! My family can’t wait to visit again!!
