1. Numerous mold spots on the ceiling of the bathroom, making it all black/grey. This poses potential health risks for people with weaker immune systems 2. The fridge contained dead ants, spoiled vegetables, an opened can and cheese. Flies and ants were observed crawling near the fridge and on the living room wall. 3. Poop stain in the toilet 4. Hair was found everywhere, from the pillows and beds to bowls and drawers in the kitchen 5. Oven was very dirty 6. Wet clothes were found in the washing machine Poh claimed the place was clean before our check-in, which to us seemed either untrue or indicative of a low standard of cleanliness by the cleaner. When I emphasized that the cleanliness problem prevented us from enjoying cooking at home, Poh insisted the kitchen is brand new, less than 1 year old. While the kitchen is modern, Poh seemed not to grasp that cleanliness is unrelated to the kitchen's age. I can’t share more due to word limits. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.
