Beautiful Home! I loved this house and the layout. The kids had such a great time and even made friends with the neighbors.

House is gorgeous pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful neighborhood quiet and full of wildlife deer everywhere in the yard of the home . Easy check in and out every thing was great I would highly recommend this property and if we make it back out to rockport I would rent again .

The house was great, it stayed cold. The downstairs bathroom and bathtub shower had no water pressure but the shower in the back upstairs did. They don’t say the bunk beds you have to go up a ladder to get to and that was easy for the boys but not for an adult. They say you have a golf cart as an amenity but you do not. You’re about 20 min from the Rockport beach which that’s up to you how convenient it is. The actual owner of the house will not reach out to you it will be Vacasa which it’s hard to get a straight answer out of them. Other than that it was a great stay, it’s good that you’re right on the dock the boys stayed out and fished all night. I would advise bringing fishing poles it was a lot more convenient than going to buy one.

I would stay at another home in this community not managed by Vacasa. We stayed at 129 Foxtail. Their customer service is lacking and for what you pay for you should be getting much better service and the property owners property should be managed better by Vacasa. The exterior door handles are breaking and hard to close. The interior has lots of scuffs/old spills on the walls and baseboards. There's hair and dust in corners because they only pay for turnover cleaning and don't pay for deep cleaning every so often. The listing stated: A. Recreational Amenities The Property may allow guest access to or use of the following recreational amenities (the "Recreational Amenities"): (1) a community swimming pool; (2) access to a dock on canal or other waterway; (3) one or more stand-up paddleboards or other types of unpowered watercraft (the "water craft"); and (4)a golf cart The golf cart was not accessible which was false advertising. It is now removed after I pointed it out.
