Welcome to a newly updated and fully furnished home! This home is located in a very safe and comfortable community located just outside of the Lawton/Ft. Sill area. It is a short 20-minute drive to Fort Sill, the Wichita Mountain Wildlife Refuge, and the famous touristy and historic town of Medicine Park. It is located just minutes away from a grocery store, award winning restaurants, and some of the top-rated Pizza, BBQ, Mexican, and Hamburgers in Southwest Oklahoma.
This home is also located right around the corner from a community park with a Splash Pad and the highly desirable Elgin Public Schools. This house has a nice covered and open patio (chairs provided) with a fenced in back yard for children to stretch their legs and play after a long time of travel.
The space is a comfortable three bedroom, one and a half bath, with a single car garage. There is single drive way parking and parking in the front. This house has a fully equipped kitchen and a full-sized washer and dryer, and iron/ironing board, located in the garage. Towels, linens, and extra pillows are provided. Extra linens and pillows are located in the master bedroom closet. Please bring extra, blankets, towels, if needed for comfort, however these are provided. There are two queen beds, a bunk bed with one full size bed on bottom and twin on top. There is also a combination coffee maker and Keurig for your convenience. Please bring your favorite coffee! Food items are not provided however there are some small condiments in the pantry as well as laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, and dish soap is all provided. A fire extinguisher is located in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. There are toiletries, soap, and a hair blow dryer located in the bathroom. There are luggage racks in each of the bedroom closets for your convenience as well. Dressers are also located in each room to store clothing and hangers are in the closets. Smart TVs are located in the master bed room and living room which only have a HD Antenna for local channels (TVs are already programmed into the Wi-Fi). 7 lamps with USB ports for phone/ tablet charging are spread throughout for your convenience.
Wi-fi is provided at no extra cost. You will be given the code upon arrival and also the front door key code for entry into the home for security purposes (This code will automatically expire at your check-out time).
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund up to 30 days before check-in. 50% refund 15 days prior to check-in (minus the service fee). No refund less than 15 days prior to check in.
Additional cleaning Fee: $75
Departure Instructions: Please place all trash into the provided trash bags, then place trash bags into the outside trash cans located on the garage side NW corner of the house. Please discard all food and drinks (check the refrigerator and freezer). Break down all of the beddings but leave linens on the beds. Please leave all of the towels in the main bathroom floor.
Damage: Tenants will be responsible for all missing/ broken household items and any damage to the property during their stay. Please notify the property owner immediately of any damage or damaged items for immediate attention, repairs, or replacement.
*Note: This property is a non-smoking, no pet home and does not allow parties or events. There will be a $500 fine for any violation.
