Gorgeous home! It’s a shame the owner does not invest in the care. We were so excited to book this fairly expensive home because we were on vacation! We were completely disappointed. Dirty: In the kitchen - cups/mugs had chapstick and lipstick stains, plates had leftover food pieces and table/counters were filthy. Bathroom had old towels and pillowcases left from previous guests. Dirt throughout the house, especially the floors. Unresponsive contact: Full day to respond to initial concerns. Fire pit: IT WAS ON when we arrived. Next to the grill. Extremely dangerous. Pool/hot tub: Broken (not heated), leaves/hair/plastic bag in the water. Pool tech came next day and took two hours and confirmed not enough chlorine, lost 2 out of 3 days of swim. Outdoor area: Old dingy furniture, mildew cornhole and no chairs for the fire pit. Even the little things are missing (kitchenware especially). And the ‘Mountain View’ is from the driveway when you lean to the right. Disappointing.

Nice big house in a nice neighborhood. House lacked essentials like enough towels and cookware. Tried to checkout early because our tournament was cancelled and no one ever contacted back.

The wrong keyless entry code was provided by Evolve in the check in instructions email. Then it was difficult to get a hold of the guest host, who eventually gave us a different code to unlock the front door. The house was not as clean as we expected. Examples: stains on pillowcase in bedroom #2, dirty knife left in kitchen sink, cigarette butt on kitchen counter, floors dirty enough to turn socks black. Not enough lawn chairs around fire pit/pool area (3 chairs). The house sleeps at least 10. Where are these guests suppose to sit around the fire pit?
