The apartment is on the ground floor of a quiet street in a very nice neighborhood, surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. The Vondelpark is only 3 blocks away, and the city center can be reached easily by foot (15min), tram or bike! The full appartment is very comfortable, full of small details giving it a special flair! I usually live and work in this apartment, so it has lots of personal touches - being a musician, I hope you won’t mind sharing the space with my instruments 🙂 The garden in the back gives a real sensation of being in the nature, while being in the middle of Amsterdam! In the summer, the perfect place for BBQs! The kitchen is fully equipped (including fridge, oven, washing machine, dishwasher). With High-Ceilings, spacious beds and a garden, you will feel at ease and comfortable, in perfect conditions for a relaxing stay!

I booked Lionel’s place to visit my sister so we both stayed at his place and it was perfect! We felt right at home. It’s very comfortable, great places to eat up the street and within walking distance of nearly everything you’d want to see in Amsterdam. Lionel is also a wonderful host - he gave us great tips on places to eat and see. Would love to visit again!

Beautiful apartment!! spacious and cozy .. located in a quiet neighborhood but at the same time very close to the city center..Angelika in name and in fact has been very kind to wait for our arrival at check-in, and give us great tips to know Amsterdam.. I hope to return soon .. Highly recommended!!!

The apartment is located in Oude West, a vibrant, young and hip neighborhood. Restaurants, bars and shops are within very short walking distance, and the Vondelpark is only 3 blocks away! The city center and its famous canals can be reached easily walking (15min), biking (5min) or by tram (lines 1, 7 or 17 - 5min).
Walking, biking (possibility to rent bikes 1 block away), by tram (lines 1, 7 or 17 just 2 blocks away). A car is not really recommended - parking can be found right next to the apartment, but at a quite expensive fare (3 EUR per hour). If you come by car, it is advisable to park in a P+R ("Park and Ride") and take the tram to the apartment.
