I got one bedroom apartment. Location is fantastic everything is max 15 min driving. Comfort of the bed is good. Carpet in bedroom is dusty and a lot of hair on it. I washed my clothes in the laundry and dryer in apartment I found that the filter in machine it seemed never be cleaned since this machine purchased. Coffee maker is dirty I cleaned both of them my self I will not ask them to clean if they think that is the meaning of cleaning. By the way I spoke with manager in the front office and he act like it’s okey I will inform the housekeeper, NO ACTION TAKEN. One more thing, shower is leaking a lot of water in the floor of the bathroom not maintained well. Over all place is fine location is good. Bed is comfortable. Quite place

Extra Holidays cancelled my reservation SAME DAY, TWO HOURS BEFORE CHECK IN. They made me call and wait until I could speak with a representative, two hours before I was meant to check in. Over the phone with the representative, she said with exact words, that they could “offer me a downgrade for the same price”. After I declined, they promised I would get a full refund the next day. But no. I got 75% of my money back for a reservation that was cancelled on me same-day. They told me to call Airbnb, as they wouldn’t make themselves available for the full refund. Airbnb had to then deal with them, until I got my money back. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

The place was very nice. Spacious and clean. Lots of parking. Did not appreciate the property security staff and timeshare harassment. We were told specificallyt by the security guard JERRY that we were not allowed to be sitting in our vehicle which was parked directly in front of our place. Although we appreciate the fact that we had good security measures. The security staff member as mentioned earlier did not know nor did he understand how do his job displaying good security measures and not harassing the guests. Very inappropriate.
