We loved our recent stay, however disappointing that the outdoor furniture was missing cushions which made it very uncomfortable to sit on. For a 9 day stay with three adults, provision of an extra key was much needed but not able to be provided. Other than that, the accommodation was just lovely and the pool was spectacular.

The premises was very clean and spotless. Inside you had everything you needed which was great and among the whole unit there were 4 TVs, two lounge rooms and 3 toilets. It's definitely comfy for a family, even though it is a unit. Parking is undercover and secure, which is also good. You can walk to town, soldiers club, and walk along the water either way. We had some issues with checking in, and instructions to check in aren't clear once you retrieve your keys, we noticed another family have the same issue. Response time was long. We could not connect to WIFI as we were given the incorrect password, and the pool was under maintenance, which was super disappointing as that was the feature that made us book. If the pool is enticing you, I would just ask if it is ready before booking. It could be just teething issues as it's a relatively new complex.

The apartment is modern, clean and in a good area. Unfortunately we were provided the incorrect password for the wifi. The host was slow to reply and this wasn’t sorted out until half way through our stay. This was a big issue for us as we were trying to work during this trip. Also we were not given an apology for this. In addition, the pool was closed for the entirety of our stay which we were not informed of in advance.
