Every room is not level with the adjoining room. The floor in the kitchen feels like it does not have adequate support and is noticeably leaning. The kitchen baseboards are not painted. Cobwebs everywhere. We changed the air filter due to smell. It was very dirty. There was a used toothbrush in the nightstand. The first step going downstairs is about 3 inches below the landing. A fall waiting to happen. Downstairs is so noisy, sleeping on the upstairs couch was easier. The sheets.. dirty, stained, some had long hair on the pillow cases and sheets. This property feels like it is unfinished and what is finished is done poorly. I don't know if there are building codes in this county, but it would never pass in my area due to safety concerns. The deck and front porch are wonderful. The upstairs living room furniture is comfortable which is good. We washed all towels and linen with laundry sanitizer prior to use, an extra stressor we did not need. We were in town for a funeral.
