What a wonderful place to visit! We had the most amazing few days at Saddle Cottage and we loved our stay. Everything was as described. In fact, it was even better than we expected. Lovely welcome pack of fresh scones, jam and cream, and milk was provided, which was greatly appreciated after spending 6 hours travelling. The cottage itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable for our family of 2 adults, 2 kids, and a grandma. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to any messages, and we are hoping to come back to Saddle Cottage later in the year for another stay. If I had to point out one thing that might need improving, it would be that the kitchen knives need sharpening ( or replacing) and to provide an extra chopping board ( but that was an easy fix by popping to local Sainsbury's) apart from that, everything was absolutely perfect. We spend our xmas holiday at the place. It was great experience for us. The place is very peaceful, house has everything that we need and the hosts are very responsive and friendly Hopefully we’ll be back in summer time
