We had the best stay at Ribblesdale! The Huntsman Cottage had everything we needed and plenty of garden space for the dogs to run around. We also visited the restaurant twice, once for breakfast and once for dinner and both were lovely! Just to note - there is no path to walk to the restaurant from the Huntsman Cottage so you will have to drive or walk on the road. Would highly recommend and will definitely be looking to book again!

we contacted for early check in which they said was possible after 1. when we arrived, we had to wait till 4pm. this was inconvenient as we had travelled so far. the heating/hot water did not work which ruined our trip. it is the middle of January with it being very windy. no hot water which made it difficult to shower and use kitchen. this was especially difficult with a baby with changing and washing. this is not what we expect after paying so much for accommodation. they did send someone out to check but they said nothing could be done. this made our stay uncomfortable and was not worth the money we paid. we will not be coming again as would not want to risk not having hot running water and heating (the most basic service you would expect any resort in the uk to have).

Great place to stay for a nice relaxing weekend. the hot tub and BBQ area are in a great spot and very peaceful. the home itself is very clean and comfortable. we will 100% stay here again.

Eight of us and one dog stayed in the Huntsman Cottage for a last minute weekend getaway, we contacted the night before booking and got a very prompt and helpful response, check in and out was very stress free. The listing didn't even make it clear that the Cottage is affiliated to the park, and that the park is a complex with a decent restaurant, walks, outdoor swimming pool, playpark etc. The Huntsman is a short drive away, not on the main complex but it was good to have all this almost on your doorstep. The property was great, large, spacious, clean, the hot tub was excellent, very clean (on our checkout day, the maintenance man came to drain, clean and refill, which they evidently do at all changeovers) the bedding was excellent and plenty of towels were provided. Big oven, two fridges, freezer, microwave, Vertuo machine with some pods, connected smart TV and WiFi which covered the whole house. Overall very impressed and would certainly visit again.
