Casey and Lindsey are awesome hosts - very responsive and accommodating. The property is great for large get togethers and has lots of space to gather as a large group as well as break out into smaller groups. The location is very peaceful with great views. It’s great for those who want to unwind and be away from city and remote. Instructions were great. The nearby city of Estes Park or city on way from Denver are great spots to shop for groceries for the stay. I helped organize a large college reunion and the house provided a great venue for us to reconnect and catch up. The best part was it being remote worked in our favor as we didn’t have to worry about neighbors and could stay up late.

Our party of 22 had a wonderful time at this property! Casey, the host, was extremely responsive and was willing to do everything from text to call to FaceTime to help with any last-minute things that cropped up. The house itself is absolutely beautiful. You can tell it’s an older house, but it’s wonderfully maintained and clearly recently renovated. We had no issues with heating, even in February! We had minivans and still had little trouble getting up the driveway to the house. That being said, because it’s an older house not everything may be perfect — for example, the lower floor electrical circuit tripped. However, Casey responded immediately to our texts concerning the issue and we resolved it within minutes.

I would absolutely stay at this place again and recommend it to my friends and family!! It was great for our large group, with plenty of beds, bedrooms, common spaces indoors and outdoors, parking area, and dishware/cooking supplies. Instructions were clear for how to get to the place, check in and check out, and how to use the amenities like the speaker system. Close to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park, which we went to almost every day. The listing describes potentially tough parking but we had no issues at all in the summertime (would be harder with ice/snow). The kitchen was well stocked with more cooking essentials and spices/oils than I expected, and plenty of fridge space plus 2 small mini fridges around the house.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Most especially if you have a large group. It was perfect for our family reunion. 5 bedrooms had their own en suite bathroom and the 6th bedroom had a bathroom to use as well. There was a large and comfortable family room with TV and streaming services as well as a huge dining room table. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook large meals in. My family loved that it was next to a river and spent a lot of time on the decks just listening to the peaceful sounds. We even had a deer cross through the property! We stayed in the summer and enjoyed exploring Estes Park, RMNP, Lake Granby, Grand Lake, and other surrounding sights. My husband and sister had to do a little remote work while we were there and the Internet connection was great. Casey was always easy to get ahold of. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time there and we all highly recommend it for any large group! Thank you.

Casey's place was well cleaned and well taken care of overall. they responded to our messages promptly and had an amazing space for my family to stay during our wedding. I would definitely return!
