Très bon séjour, juste en face de la plage. Hôte très réactif et très gentil. À 20 minutes d’Alicante et 10 min de l’aéroport.

The only remark I have is that the air conditioning was not working in two of the bedrooms. The other three air conditioners worked extremely well though. For the rest, everything was perfect. Thank you !!!

The host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house is located right at the beach with only a small street in front of it with little to no traffic. The house is facing south, so all day long you have sun in and on the private terrace around the house. We were here in winter time which was lovely to enjoy the sun to the fullest. If you like tranquillity this is the place to be and in only 12 min walk you arrive at the first beach bars and if you walk another 12 minutes you're at the Boulevard of Santa Pola where there are plenty of restaurants and easy to get into the city center. The house itself is nice and fully equipped. In winter-time however the heatings aren't very strong so it took some time to heat up (and no heating in the bathrooms). As well during winter time I wouldn't recommend going up to 13 people since it will be very crowed to all sit inside in the mornings/evenings. We were there with our baby of 2 months and all essentials were provided.
