Indira was an excellent host. She came to pick us up at the harbor and helped us with a car rental. She then brought us to her lovely apartment and showed us around. The accomodation was immaculate and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the balcony where we sat at night in a very welcome cool breeze and where enjoyed the breakfast Indira brought us. All in all an excellent place to stay with friends to explore the beautiful island of Anguilla.

What a joy to spend 8 days at Hibiscus Lodge, hosted graciously and attentively by Indira and George. We truly appreciated their care–like picking us up at the airport; arranging a car rental and providing a temporary driver’s license; keeping us supplied with drinking water; showing us how to pick papayas; and surprising us with pastries from the nearby bakery. The apartment was clean and bright, with good beds in each bedroom, and ample dresser and closet space in each. There is seating for two at a kitchen island, and very basic kitchen supplies. The East-facing veranda was lovely, with table for four and a nice breeze- and the sunrise over the distant ocean. Roads are not marked, so we greatly appreciated the cell phone with hotspots – provided by our hosts - so we could use Google maps and Waze. (Be sure to ask George & Indira about places local people eat). The highlight for us was Anguilla’s people -so genuinely friendly and always helpful.

We chose this apartment because it was close to Shoal Bay Beach. The apartment surpassed our expectations. Quiet, clean, and well-supplied. 5 minutes drive to the beach. Easy car rental service was a big plus.

A safe house with confortable roons, a full equipped kitchen. Indira is a wonderfull host who provides every necessary information and offers us a good reception and stayed. The aircons work out perfectly and it is possible feel free at home. I really recommend this house in Anguilla.
