My stay at the Comfy 1BR with pond view at Kingsmill was exceptional! The condo is cozy, beautifully maintained, and just as pictured. Waking up to the serene pond view each morning was a delight. Lisa was an outstanding host, attentive and very quick to respond to any inquiries. The place was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. Five stars all the way!

Such a beautiful and clean place. The beds were extremely comfortable. Lisa also went above and beyond to provide local recommendations. She was very responsive, and we had a great stay. We highly recommend her place.

This is my 3rd stay at this location and the rental space and Lisa exceed expectations. The rental space has the comfiest beds and it's such a cozy space. The view from the balcony is so peaceful. When I visit Williamsburg if this unit is available it will be my first choice. Lisa is a fantastic host. She is helpful, gracious, and accommodating. She really sers a standard for a high bar to top. I can't wait to stay there again.
