An amazing place where you can enjoy some quality time with family

Homey Place in Oneonta Went to the area to tour Pathfinder Village and also visited Baseball HoF in Cooperstown. Couldn’t ask for a cleaner, cozier place to stay. The house is well kept and spacious. Beds were comfortable and the pool table and vintage arcade golf game were a nice surprise to enjoy in the evening. Close to where we needed to go and quick ride to Oneonta town for groceries, and a Dollar General five minutes away for quick pick up of essentials. David, the host, met us when we arrived and is the kindest gentleman. A “Michelin” 5 star Air BnB for sure.

Dave and Anne were nice and responsive. It is a great home to stay in for trips to local farms for autumn festivities as well as the Cooperstown area. Dave met us at the house for check in. This was the first time we ever met a host before a stay in the 7 years we used Airbnb, which was unexpected when booking but nice to hear the history of the home. We used the kitchen during our visit but unfortunately there wasn’t a necessary kitchen tool (can opener) at the house. I contacted Anne to check if there was one and she just offered to bring one over which was very kind to offer! Just noting that the amenities listed say there are basic cooking necessities but there weren’t any basic spices/herbs or cooking oils provided, only salt and pepper. There is a washer and dryer but unfortunately no detergent or dryer sheets provided. We spent a lot of evening time in the basement playing billiards which is a great feature! Overall great charm, cozy space, great size for a family of 6 people!
