This top floor apartment offers great views, patio and BBQ, free parking for 2, with secure fenced area at the back. Inside the place is stocked with everything holiday makers would need. Walking distance to the beach, parks, Saturday markets and many cafes and restaurants in the village. As per photos, entrance is into the kitchen. On the right is a laundry and separate bathroom. Towels for use will be in the bathroom. Extra bedding is in bottom cupboard and wardrobes. When you leave please pop all the linen/bedding that you use in the laundry. Open plan dining room, with the master bedroom to the right. The lounge area follows on with the TV (Sky) and another bedroom off to the right with a roller door. Entrance to the deck is left off the lounge. The door sticks abit when shutting. Cushions for the outside chairs are stored in the foyer. Deck surround is only 700mm tall. Gas Bbq is also stored there.
