Absolutely new apartment in a closed guarded residential complex. Within walking distance of all the amusement parks on Yas Island. The complex has large grocery stores, which is very convenient. And I can definitely say that the apartment does not match the photos at all. She is much prettier. I had a pleasant surprise.Very light and cozy. If you are with children, then do not even hesitate. My friends and I are very satisfied and thank the owner!

I stayed at Sameer’s place with my family and had the best experience. The apartment is located in the prime location of Yas and minutes away from the airport. The apartment had 2 bedrooms, open living and kitchen area. The WiFi was quiet strong and Zoom calls can be made with no issues. Also to mention the restaurants and shops are 5 to 10 walking mins away from the apartment.

We’ve stayed at the apartment during F1 Abu Dhabi weekend and it was perfect choice. The building is next to the circuit’s gate, close to other activities like Ferrari World, Yas Water World, Abu Dhabi Mall and many others. The apartment was brand new, perfectly cleaned and equipped. The host responds almost immediately. I recommend this place !
