Melissa's house was the perfect spot for our 3 families to stay for a ski weekend. The 12 of us had plenty of room and places to hang out. Although it was not a problem for us, it is worth noting that the owners left personal items in the house including food in the fridge and freezer, clothes in the closets and drawers.

Melissa’s place had a lot of space for our group of 12. House was clean, quit and in a great location if you want to ski at Belleayre. Accessing the house was simple with clear instructions. Our only complaint was the lack of room in the fridge and freezer due to personal items left by the owner. Overall we had a great experience.

Beautiful home, tons of space for group of 12 people. Easy check in and responsive host. Hot tub was a huge plus!

We had a great experience at Melissa's place! Our group was quite large with 12 people, but we found the house quite spacious and comfortable: plenty of beds + well stocked with towels/linens/etc. Check in & out were both quite easy, given the self-serve process, and Melissa was helpful and responsive for the few questions we had. Finally, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the hot tub in the backyard -- perfect for a chilly fall evening

The house is exactly as described and perfect for families. The playroom was full of quality toys and games that kept the kids occupied and the pool table and hot tub were great for the adults. Plenty of beds, bathrooms, extra linens and towels, and a well stocked kitchen w spices, condiments, and dishes. In addition, Melissa was super responsive before and during our stay making check in and check out a breeze. So happy we found this gem for my cousins wedding weekend. Thank you!!
