Two-level corner unit with windows facing Broadway Street, with 4 bedrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms, including 2 with tubs. One of the bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms is on an upstairs mezzanine level. Center island in large kitchen can seat 5. This unit has lovely hardwood floors on the main level, gas fireplace, full kitchen, two dishwashers, full size washer and dryer, custom walnut cabinetry, soaring ceilings with exposed rafters, exposed brickwork on exterior walls, and many interesting details.

Excellent location for a group of 8! Clean and bright, our group loved having bathrooms for each room. John is super responsive!
The unit was so nice, we had a hard time leaving to go out and see Asheville! I would definitely rent again.
Elevation Lofts Hotel was the perfect place for our home base on a girls’ trip to Asheville. It is beautiful, roomy, well furnished and wonderfully located. The hosts were amazingly easy to work and communicate with. We could not have chosen a better place to stay!
The elevation lofts were a perfect place for our annual girls trip. For private bedrooms four full private baths. We could walk to everything. They have a washer and dryer, two dishwashers, fully stocked kitchen. The walls are decorated with beautiful art from the gallery downstairs. There are three sets of security that you have to get through which made us feel very safe.
Have nothing but great things to say. Incredible location, outstanding amenities, responsive host. Would definitely come back, and have already recommended it to others!
