Our holiday park located at the waterOur holiday park is located at a unique location at the water with its own marina and/or moorings. That means ultimate enjoyment! At our park you can choose to stay in a cosy, modern and compact house or a sustainable and comfortable villa. Nature, luxury and water (sports), you will find it all at our park, that will be a wonderful holiday! Of course the best is to fully enjoy and relax at your holiday house, but we also understand that you want to get out and about. Good news; there is plenty to do around in the Netherlands. For example, visit the pleasant village of Maurik and stroll through the streets. Or take a lovely walk or bike ride at the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Of course, an afternoon of sailing cannot be missed in our water landscape; the Betuwe is the perfect location for this! In short, you certainly don't have to be bored. Due to the unique location, abundant facilities and tranquility you will immediately experience a wonderful holiday feeling! The villas ghave a very spacious feel due to the high ceilings and large glass windows. This guarantees a view of the water and a lot of light. In the villa itself you will find a modern, spacious living room, furnished with a stylish sofa, comfortable armchairs, a dining area for 4 people and a large flat screen TV. A perfect place if you want to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game or simply watch a movie. In the modern kitchen you will find everything you need to show your culinary skills, including a fridge-freezer, hob with built-in extractor fan, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.  All our villas have two bedrooms, both with 2 single box springs and a flat screen TV in each room. Both bedrooms have ample storage options. On arrival we will have made the beds for you. The luxurious, spacious bathroom has a double sink, rain shower and toilet. From the living room you have access to the beautifully landscaped hardwood terrace and the adjacent lawn. Here you will find a comfortable dining table for 4 people and a parasol. And if you have your own boat, you can easily walk to the harbor and sail directly onto the Lower Rhine. Our villas are non-smoking, equipped with WiFi and indoor storage.
