The house is all on one level, furnished and decorated in the traditional Majorcan style with whitewashed walls and light-coloured tiled floors giving it a bright demeanour. There is a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar and breakfast table. A comfortable lounge/dining area with a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and CD player which gives access to a pretty garden terrace. There are three bedrooms with air-conditioning, a twin bedroom with a new en-suite shower room and a double plus a further twin that share a full bathroom. The third bathroom is accessed from the outside, a modern exterior shower room and toilet. Outside, you will also find a large covered and furnished terrace, a built-in barbecue for meals al fresco and an inviting swimming pool surrounded by a lawn edged with trees and shrubs. Villa Juanita has an excellent location, situated in a quiet area in the heart of the Pollenca countryside whilst perfectly placed just a 10/15 minute drive to Pollenca old town, Alcudia and the beautiful sandy beaches of Port de Pollenca, Platja d'Alcudia and Platja de Muro. Pollenca is an ancient town with attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, a place abundant with art galleries, first-class restaurants, tapas bars and cafes plus several historical places of interest. The town of Alcudia is a real treasure on the island, hiding behind medieval walls and the ancient Roman ruins, just a few kilometres from Alcudia on the coast, lies its fraternal city, Puerto de Alcudia. The long sandy beaches with shallow clear waters at Port de Pollenca, Platja d'Alcudia and Platja de Muro are great for families with plenty of activities and water sports on offer, they are lined with a splendid array of cafes, restaurants and beach bars to suit all tastes. Cala San Vicente is a beautiful secluded resort village with a splendid beach and three small hidden bays enclosed by the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains.
Pollenca - There are several places of historical interest including "The Roman Bridge", signposted ‘Pont Roma’, and "Puig de Maria", a small mountain topped by a monastery.
Port de Pollenca/Platja d'Alcudia/Platja de Muro - There is a range of water sports available including pedalos, kayaking, banana boats, parasailing and scuba diving. Boat trips are available sailing around the pretty bay or visiting the beautiful beach at Formentor.
Cala San Vicente - The crystal clear waters provide a great place for snorkeling and canoeing.
Pollenca Golf Course - An attractive 9-hole course with spectacular views of the mountains and the north coast.
Puerto Alcudi - Water park.
