The apartment is located in a very convenient area: within a maximum of 5 minutes walking distance from West Richmond station, tram and bus stops. The neighborhood is generally quiet (even the sounds of the trains are not an issue at all). The café mentioned in the comments is cute. Within a short walking distance, there are nice places to eat. The check-in process was very clear and straight forward. However, a little flexibility would have been appreciated (we arrived in Melbourne at 7:00 am we arrived after a 26+ hours journey for a whole month, and had to find a solution for the next 8 hours). Additionally, the flat was occasionally very cold due to a lack of suitable heating. The kitchen is well-equipped and very convenient (the French press was a very nice touch).

Host accommodated us at short notice due to an issue with another airbnb. We were really impressed with the apartment and the complex as a whole with its art deco style. Room was very quiet considering location in near CBD. Thanks so much!

Great little apartment, fantastic location. Could hear the train sometimes but wasn’t disruptive. Wi-Fi was fast enough for me to work. Desk in bedroom was a good workspace.

This was a perfect place to use as a base exploring Melbourne CBD, as well as Richmond, Collingwood and Fitzroy. The apartment is a good size for a couple, has everything you need. We really enjoyed walking into the city through Fitzroy Garden in the evenings for dinner. We loved staying here and really appreciated the fast communication with the host. Thank you!
