Great place to stay. The place was accurately depicted as per the listing. Susa was great in terms of communication - prompt and efficient. Location was centrally located to many restaurants/bars/things to do. Great value.

We were a family of 4 (two teenagers) in town for 5 days. The apartment is exactly as presented. The location is absolutely fabulous. If you are up for walking at all you can get to everything you want on foot (museums, sights, neighborhoods, etc.). We only took the Metro once which was to get to a football match. The neighborhood itself is lively and fun with tons of food, shopping, etc. The apartment is on a very quiet street despite the surrounding bustle. We were gone all day every day so the place suited our needs well. It's an old building so the apartment is inward facing meaning there's little to no natural light and no view. That's about the only (very minor) issue I can cite. Hosts were great - meeting us there when we arrived, responsive to the very few questions we had, and checking in multiple times to make sure everything was good. Very, very happy with this stay.

Fantastic location, very quiet, well decorated nice space, felt claustrophobic because there’s nothing to see from the windows which open onto ventilation shafts and very small courtyards. Waited for us when our train was late and the reception was friendly we liked that the rent supports a women’s rights group.

Very nice place to stay. We had a great time. We felt at home. Susana is very friendly and responsive. Everything is within walking distance. We have nothing to complain about. Thank you for this great moment in Madrid ☺️
