Great host, beautiful location. The house was clean and comfortable during our stay. Our caretaker went out of her way to ensure we had a good stay. Cooking breakfast, lunch, dinner. Also helping us with laundry. Stellar experience 💯

FIVE STARS! Been staying at Rucelio’s place for the whole time of our vacation for 27 days and everything was great. We were enjoying every bit of it. Just feel at home, full of fun and it is everything that is listed or shall I say, even more what we were expected in a good way. Rucelio is very approachable, kind and a man of his word. The caretaker Juliet is very polite and helpful in everything. I highly recommend Rucelio’s place if you want somewhere peaceful, safe and green environment. Will be back for sure the next time. This is my 2nd stay, and i wont hesitate to stay again! Host, and cohosts are all great people. They offered help when my motorbike was broken, and also was able to recommendlocal eateries based on their years of experience living in the Matalom area. reasonably priced, and central to places like Bato, Hilongos, and Maasin. Port access in multiple locations nearby. coordinates are 10.254544,124.775968
