Solid place and close enough to ND to make a weekend stay for a game convenient. Host was easy to communicate with.

Dog friendly. felt like staying at a friend's house. He was very responsive with every question. He had a genuine wish for us to have a good trip.

Host needs to be more responsive. Several times when I messaged I didn’t hear back for several hours or the next day. We have stayed in several Airbnb’s and never have I had the host be there when we arrive and come in the house for about 15 minutes after we got there it was very awkward. Also, we were in a hurry - it was my son’s graduation weekend and had to be somewhere. In the listing, it says quiet neighborhood, however, that night, I’m not sure if the neighbor was having a party or not, but there was music playing late into the night loudly. There was only one bath towel in the bathroom, and there were 3 of us staying here. We looked in the bathroom and there were no other bath towels only hand towels. Also, the mattresses were hard and very uncomfortable. One of the mattresses has a slant in it and the other was very short mattress. The bathroom and kitchen were not clean. The bathroom mirror had stuff all over it.

Cute little ranch in a quiet convenient neighborhood. Very pet friendly. Close to town/restaurants/etc. host was very kind and helpful.
