When you walk in the building, you'll be met with the charm of the Behrens loft building. It boasts historical value as a converted pharmaceutical building and one of the only buildings that survived the devastating tornado of 1953. Guests please take note: as this is located in a centralized area downtown, there are occasional noises from nearby businesses and a train. Being a historic condo building, there are also occasional noises from plumbing lines and neighboring condos that can be heard. We have provided white noise machines in each bedroom as well as in the living room next to the sleeper sofa for your comfort. House rules: No parties allowed. Per City of Waco's short term rental regulations, our occupancy limit is 6. If a party is identified, guests will be evicted immediately without a refund. Smoking policy: We have a strict No Smoking Policy. There is no smoking tobacco or illegal substances allowed on the property. This includes vaping.
