They place is nice parking garage and 26th floor view. Mario was really helpful and caring when I had an issue during my long term stay thanks for that.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, war alles da was man brauchte, ruhige Gegend und die Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Mario war super! Absolute Empfehlung!

This luxury apartment fully met my wishes. Clean, tidy and quiet. I had the pleasure of staying here for 2.5 months. Mario is friendly and I could always contact him with any questions. Highly recommended.

Mario was one of the worst hosts we've ever had. He was completely unresponsive to our questions, including check in questions. The listing advertises air conditioning, but as far as I can tell, they shut the air conditioning off in October. When we tried to ask Mario about it, he was of course unresponsive. So we tried calling (no response), and whatapp'ing (no response). Eventually when he responded back he simply said the air conditioning was slow, and I should wait. Well, 24 hours later it was still 25c in the apartment, and we slept poorly as a result. AirBNB resolved the issue, and we checked out early, and went to another apartment in the panorama towers instead, where the air conditioning does work, and the host was VERY responsive and helpful. Mario was a bad host, his apartment doesn't match the description, and he doesn't care.
