The dome and property is a gem tucked away right off of the Blue Ridge Parkway. Lots to do and explore nearby. Communication and description was thorough and you can tell that great thought has been put into the site. The dome is spacious and comfortable and we appreciated the ice chest with ice, grill, and firepit with wood available to purchase onsite. Though we loved the space, I would be amiss to not mention a few things of note. While I was prepared for a rustic camping trip, I was not prepared for the amount of spiders INSIDE the dome which made it very uncomfortable for sleeping. We actually checked out a night early because of this. As mentioned in the description, the dome does get hot despite the windows open and fan on (though these helped). These are things to be aware of if staying in warmer months. The outhouse is a bit of a hike and not something you'd want to be doing in the middle of the night. I'd recommend to bring a bucket. I would return in the fall when cooler.

The site itself has amazing views; from the drive into the lot, to the walk to the cabin. It was secluded and peaceful and not a very far drive from the pisgah forest trails. Would absolutely recommend you step away from all the noise and give this place a visit.

This place was absolutely phenomenal. So glad our original plans were thwarted. It gave us a second night and was well worth it. The hike up from the bathroom was hard so plan for that. The bed is super comfy. The dome is the coolest thing and 100 % recommended this property. The hike to the waterfall was great too. Everything was great.

We loved our stay! Such a nice spot to be able to camp and have a comfy bed with not have to do any hard work setting up and tearing down. Also the perfect area with beautiful waterfalls and hikes all close by but feeling secluded in your own space back at the dome!
