Kate’s place smelled and looked clean when we arrived. We felt right at home! There were plenty of towels, a washer, a modern coffee maker, and really good water pressure. We loved that we could bring our pups with us. There is not much area for them to go to the bathroom but we made it work and there is a park nearby to walk them. Kate was very responsive to my messages. Checkin was easy and she gave great instructions on how to find the apartment and where to park. Overall we would definitely stay again next time we are in town to visit family.

Kate is a great host, very attentive. The apartment was clean and comfy. If you have a dog there is not much space outside for them to do their business, but we drove down to the park a few miles away daily. Overall it was a great stay!

Everything was wonderful at Kate's place. Clean and well organized simple yet homey feel sums it up nicely. She had everything we needed in the kitchen we just had to buy food.

Extremely clean & spacious!!! Location was close enough to town & several convenient stores, which was nice. Will book again when in the area!

Was a perfect stay! Very clean and as described. We attended a football game at Concord University so the location was perfect. Nice gift of local bee soap/body butter etc.
