地理位置非常好，步行可以到达市区大部分景点，房间也很大，都有阳台可以观赏市景。有暖气冬季很温暖，适合家庭和多人出行。边上就有好吃的餐厅和商业街，我们也在附近的超市买了食物自己做早餐。房东回复很及时，并且亲自等待我们入住，地板和马桶希望可以更干净些。 另外有两个点需要提示一下，在一些文化中镜子对着床是不好的，供参考。另外被子是每人一条单人被，对于大多男士来说有点短和窄。总之，还是不错的住宿地点。

Great location, very spacious, good value...but a bit shabby Pros: in the heart of everything, tons of room and light with exposure on both sides, very reasonable rates for Vienna. Responsive, helpful host. Negatives: spartan feel, a little run down, cheaply accommodated. Poor quality towels (thin, scratchy and dingy) less than perfect cleaning standards (full ashtray on the balcony, some mold in the shower, some stains on upholstery). Broken dresser, pockmarked walls, dingy paint, leaking shower, one hand soap for four bathrooms, missing light bulbs. I have mixed feeling about this unit. Suffice to say that if you have LOW EXPECTATIONS for the details, you may well find this place a good choice for the size, location, and price. The host was very nice and helpful and tried to make up for the issues but really our dissatisfaction was about the overall lack of care for a place with a 4.88 rating (at the time) and not something that could be “fixed” for our stay.

We had a nice stay at Raphael’s apartment which is extremely well located, very close to the city center but in a quiet spot. Being located on the 8th floor, with balconies on both side, the place is full of light, even in winter. The flat is really big, with a huge living room, spacious bedrooms, a big kitchen where 6 people can eat, 2 brand new bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, plus a office ! We had a small issue regarding the quantity of glasses and plates but Raphael arranged for us to pick up some from a neighbouring store. He even offered to treat us for lunch to make up also for some very minor maintenance issues we had. So altogether a really nice experience.

My family and I stayed at Raphael’s apartment for a few days before Christmas. It is very centrally located, within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and Christmas markets at that time of year. The apartment is on the 8th floor, but there is an elevator in the building and it was very clean/tidy upon arrival. The layout was perfect for our family of 6. The host was very responsive to any questions I had leading up to and during our stay. He kindly offered his driver pick us up at the airport which we gladly accepted. He was also very proactive about sending recommendations and asking if there was anything we needed to make the most of our visit. Thanks for a great stay!
