New quiet gated community safe . Great experience

Amanda's place was amazing and perfect for what we needed. It's obvious Amanda takes pride in her property as well as being a great host. From the water / juice that were available when we arrived to the coffee and creamer so we didn't have to worry about getting such things for our first morning - it was all perfect. Her property was very comfortable for the two of us & our two cats. I could tell our cats felt very comfortable & safe. Her property is located in a nice, new gated community w/ great amenities if you choose to use them. Though we didn't use the pool, it's a great size and looks like it would be lots of fun. We did use the gym, which with the exception of one time, was always empty. Amanda was always responsive and doesn't know the word No. We needed a place to stay while we were renovating our home & as all reno projects do, it kept getting delayed. Amanda was so accommodating & let me extend my stay twice without any issue. 5 Star property and 5+ Star host!

Amanda was a 5 star host, from the time I reached out to her to help me find a place to stay she was very helpful and responsive! Super quick responses to my questions. Easy check in, great location, near Claremont Village with lots of restaurants if you enjoy going out! The house was super clean, had cleaning supplies, laundry supplies etc. She really made our stay there very pleasant and hassle free, her professional and empathetic demeanor really means a lot when you are in need of a place to stay when your home is being renovated due to water damage, so it meant a lot when she was super helpful as we needed to extend our stay! Thanks again Amanda for being a great host!

Amandas place was a great stay. You will feel right at home and the neighborhood is safe and welcoming and great to take walks in. The home is spacious and stocked with everything you need. Amanda is a very helpful host and very responsive when you need her. I would recommend staying here.
