We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb hosted by Hola! The place was perfect for our group. The private lake was a real highlight – so peaceful and beautiful. We loved spending time by the water, especially in the mornings and evenings. The house itself is huge, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen is big and fully equipped, which made cooking for a large group super easy. There’s also a lot of open space in the living areas, so we never felt cramped. Another plus was that wood supplies were just an 8-minute drive away, which was super convenient for keeping the fire going. One of the best parts of our stay was how quickly responsive the host was. Anytime we had a question, they got back to us right away and were super helpful. Overall, this place is great for large groups. It’s private, spacious, and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We had a fantastic time and would definitely come back!

This cottage was very beautiful and a great house for our group! The lake is gorgeous and private and even though there’s no swimming, there was a canoe, pedal-boat and life jackets provided. Paired with a private pier and grassy areas, it made for a great outdoor hangout. The house could use a few more supplies like spices and condiments for guests, but otherwise was great. The host showed us the extra cleaning stuff, suggested activities and included clear instructions for cleaning. He even told us a local spot to get groceries! Only complicated thing was driving down the driveway which was very rocky. We expected it, being out in the woods, but just drivers beware and watch your tires! 10/10 would stay here again.

Great value! We enjoyed the trails on property and EOTA trails close by. We enjoyed the lake on the property as well, and other local bigger lakes near by.( Big Clear lake and Sharbot Lake). Hola was attentive and supplied us with anything we needed throughout our stay. For the amount of guests, the big diverse property, the price and other local attractions it was definitely worth it. The fishing was good as well, on the property.

Our group had an excellent stay at Hola. Our host was very quick to respond and even delivered us a selection of local beverages! The strengths of this property are the beautiful views, the large number of beds, and the privacy. It was sad we couldn't swim here, but there's another lake really close by. All ceiling fans worked during our visit (they are powered by light switches and pull switches). I mention this only because a previous reviewer said they did not. The host also brought us an additional fan as the house can heat up a bit in the afternoon. Overall we had a great time!

We had a good stay at bear lake cottage. There are a few things to mention, for starters we were a large group of people and you could tell the group that came before us was quite a party group as well due to there being 2 broken bed frames and a few other broken or almost broken items in the house. Please also note there is no AC in the home and most of the fans do not work so you should definitely bring your own. The owners of the cottage are lovely people but they do not mention that due to the property being large and having a body of water, you need to sign a waiver when you arrive at the cottage that states you are responsible for anything that happens to you. Another note that was not mentioned in the listing is that the walk to get to the water is very rocky and unstable and the body of water is not a lake however more of a shallow muddy swamp that the owners do not recommend you swim in and property has many signs that say “do not swim”, the closest beach to the property is a
