Very nice apartment in a non-touristy neighborhood. We stayed for a month in July, so feel like we really moved in. The beds and shower were great. It got a little warm, but bought fans, and that really helped. Learned to keep the windows closed during the day and opened at night / in the morning. The location is really close to metro lines 10 & 13, so really easy to get around town. We could walk to lots of markets, shops and restaurants nearby that weren’t over crowded. Loved having Le Bon Marche close too. Not a bad walk to Napoleon’s tomb and the Eiffel Tower either. I would rate this apartment 4.8 out of 5. Could use some minor freshening up of various items like throw pillows, throw rugs, and kitchen supplies. Would hear some street noise of parties on a few nights, but neighborhood is mostly quiet. There really isn’t any outside space for this apartment although the courtyard is nice, feels safe, and private. Host is very responsive & cares about questions/requests.

Great location near Bon Marche Department Store. Lots of food shops nearby. Grocery store to your left, fish market and great bakery next door. Walking distance to a lot of museums and attractions as well as stores for shopping.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! Everything was well thought out and if there was something we needed the host always answered on a timely matter. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances you might need and there wasn’t anything we had to go out of the way to buy. It is in the perfect part of town, right next to the metro, yummy bakeries, and was in a very safe part of Paris! We loved our stay here and highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was incredible. The beds were so comfortable, plenty of space for our family of 4. Really appreciated they changed bedding and towels out every 10 days. Our 5 weeks in Paris was a dream! Thanks
