The house was PERFECT for our stay. I visited with a group of seven women for a girls weekend. There was plenty of space for all of us, including a nice big sofa and plenty of seats at both the indoor and outdoor dining spaces and around the pool. Adrian’s instructions were thorough and very clear—there are a few steps to get the pool heater going, for example, and his instructions made it super simple. House was very clean and well equipped, but it really doesn’t get better than the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

As soon as we checked out, we were talking about when we can come back! The house was WONDERFUL - and if we went in warmer weather, we would have enjoyed the pool more. It's a beautiful house with clean, neat rooms, perfectly decorated and a better kitchen than I have at home with everything you could possibly want and really special outdoor space. The location is terrific - Kenwood is quieter than Sonoma for sure but there are shops & restaurants and (most importanty) wineries within walking distance! Don't miss Salt & Stone restaurant - it's a wonderful place! Adrian was a great host - answered our texts in a minute and gave suggestions of what to do that were helpful. Thanks so much!

Great house for families - big common spaces and a great pool/yard, fully stocked with kids necessities - crib, high chair, kids utensils, poos floaties etc. Adrian was super responsive and accommodating.
