Inigo (n w/a diacritic!), Mae (and Little Marco!) are perfect hosts. Very personable, unassuming duo clad in flip flops and easywear. Always incredibly responsive to their guests' needs and veritably heroic in in their efforts to improve the "customer experience". To wit: I dreamt the awful rock road out front leading would be paved and within a few weeks? DONE. Was the plan already in the works or were they doing some precog of my REM? I mentioned, You should put in a pool. A pool table [sic!!!] appeared within a few days!!! Reasonably priced and great location, if you rent one of their scooters. Fruit stands, sari saris and carenderias within walking distance if you don't tho tryke hires abound. There are similar options all over Panglao, some insanely priced for what amounts to a branded microwave in the room. Alaia Studios strikes that balance between value proposition and faux luxe by remaining true to the easygoing spirit of its operator owners and warm staff.

와이파이 안내 과정이 정말 불쾌했습니다. 호스트가 거주함에도 모든것을 의사전달이 불명확한 메이드와 이야기 해야 하다니..... 6번정도 인내심을 가졌고 저는 환불 받지 않고 9일 퇴실하였습니다. 가격은 저렴한 숙소이니 저렴한것을 찾으시면 선택하시고 전기료는 따로 받습니다

Had a very nice stay at Inigo and May'sapartments. Very clean and nice environment, if I was looking for staying longer then a month I would have definitely been very comfortable there. There staff of workers are very sweet and nice. You are not on the beach but close with trikes around. But renting a scooter for long term is the way to go. Would definitely stay again.

Alaia Studios is a good choice for longer stays near Alona Beach. The units come fully kitted out. As a bonus, the staff will clean your unit once per week. There is also a fruit and veggie store just across the street, and a nice restaurant (Mosa) next to it. Note that Panglao is a small island and the power and internet do sometimes go out, and the shared wifi speed fluctuates, so if you work online or internet speed is otherwise important to you, you might want a backup option such as a pocket wifi.

Me and my Wife stayed at Iñigo’s Studio Apartments for the second time. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Hot water showers. I have a bad back and neck from old injuries and was able to sleep great, very comfortable mattresses :) Plenty of clothes storage. Filtered Water dispenser for your room. TV with many channels. The internet is very fast. Very good Aircon, nice and cool. Just in case of a brown out, Iñigo has a large commercial generator to power up the whole complex. Can cook food and has pots and pans. Very peaceful place, It is off the main road but yet can walk in minutes to nice restaurants, Sari Sari store, laundry, vegetable/fruit stand, close motor bike rental. Trikes are always close by if you don't want to drive a motor scooter. I will not hesitate to stay here again, clean friendly, nice place to stay. Iñigo and his wife are so nice and will help you with anything you need :)
