Good place but the building and locks are a bit old. Little difficult to get in. Inaccurate description about the parking. Booked because I had a lot of luggage with my family and the description says on site garage parking. When I arrived, I was told to park in an open parking two blocks away with some time restrictions and had to carry all the luggage with my family late night which felt unsafe. Please update the description so people can plan accordingly. If I knew this I would have booked a hotel.

Great location to Vatican City within walking distance. Lots of shopping and restaurants to chose from along with site seeing. Parking within a block of apartment is a huge plus. Traffic is heavy but noise is minimal in the room with no issues of sleep. Communication was fast and friendly to access home. Highly recommend a few days stay.

Fabio's place is amazing, the appartment has been recently renovated, the location is quiet and it's close to small supermarket where you can go buy everything you need. The appartment was very clean and the check in process was nice and easy. Be aware that the building's outside door lock seems to only open from the inside, so you need to reach in and insert your key from inside, other than that, no issues. We had a great stay.

L’appartamento è molto grazioso, pulito e curato. I musei vaticani e la metropolitana sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi e c’è un comodo parcheggio privato, molto utile per chi arriva in macchina. Check-in facile e veloce, davvero un ottimo soggiorno. Grazie di tutto Fabio, quando passerò nuovamente a Roma tornerò con molto piacere. Super consigliato!!
