We arrived to a house with no internet, the door falling off in the kitchen and the dishwasher full. The washing machine/dryer we covered in cloths etc. the airing dryers were covered with washing. this was a house for up to 10 people and it was limited space. there was no space to hang clothes etc as all cupboards/drawers were full of personal stuff. The kitchen while updated was still small - pictures are deceiving. We were supplied with a new router for the internet however it still dropped out - not a great signal. The suburb is quite out of town so still a long tram ride into town. The pub down the road is a good selling point. we were only provided with 2 toilet rolls for 6 people for 6 nights - bit of inconvenience there. Rubbish bins all full on arrival - we were told to separate rubbish - impossible due to the bin situation

Very nice hosts just difficult to communicate as there was no WiFi and questions were not answered very promptly - an instruction manual would have been helpful as well as clear checkout instructions but the house was great Hosts were GREAT when they did respond - it would have been nice to know of the municipal info that needed to be filled out prior to our vacation as I couldn’t do it there with no WiFi and navigating our holiday Overall I would recommend though
