The house and area is fantastic, recommend you have your own transportation if you are not able and willing to walk into town or to chair lift, its only a 20 min walk but home in ski boots is not easy , Cabs are non existent until 8.30 pm at night the bus which runs outside the apartment is very restricted and only can take 21 people, it runs twice in the morning and twice in the afternoon dont miss it or you’ll have to stay drinking in bars until the cabs start around 8.30 😅. Erien who arranges everything in the house could not be better help, answers all questions instantly and goes out of his way to help you, he’s definitely who I would want at looking after my property. All the local restaurants are good and reasonable prices especially for feb half term. We would definitely return to the area and stay again.

This place was exquisite. Clean, well-and tastefully equipped. Eiran who manages for the owners could not have been nicer or more responsive (thank you!). The living space was great for a large group and the pool/hot tub/sauna combination was a winner! The only issue was that St Gervais centre is a 25-ish minute walk and taxis are hard to come by at night. We ate in for several nights so not such an issue, but a good and steep walk down/up if you want to head into town. We found out about the free Facilibus which goes from the St Gervais-Bettex ski lift to the bottom of the hill by the chalet ( Le Chateau Facilibus bus stop is a five minute walk from the chalet), so do try to get the timetable early on but know that it only goes until about 6 pm, after which it is walking or taxi. But overall, we would more than recommend this chalet and the area- outstanding.

He visitado la zona con mi familia en Agosto de 2023. La casa es fantástica. Vistas inmejorables. Excelente equipamiento. Ubicación perfecta y muy cerca de todas las rutas. El anfitrión muy amable y atento. Ha sido un placer . Como en casa. Volveremos sin duda. El entorno nos ha cautivado. Muchas gracias por todo Chalet Genepi. Un abrazo.

We had the best vacation we could expect. It suits best families . The house has a very special design - furniture, pictures, etc. The house is well equipped. Anything you can think about, is there. Eiran took care of every wish we had - first in planning our vacation and afterwards in any advice we needed locally We highly recommend this chalet !
